2x52 series for ARTE, in development, by Tamara Erde and Rasha Nahas

Through the eyes of two directors - one Palestinian and one French-Israeli - who have grown up in the complex reality of Israel and Palestine, this mini-series recalls key moments in the history of the region from the beginning of the century to the present day, questioning their perceptions, media representations, the stories and narratives behind the evolution of the Gaza Strip. The series is a geopolitical and human investigation of this tiny piece of land, a slave, by the inhabitants of the region, accompanied by the testimonies of historians, sociologists and specialists, all direct witnesses of the conflict and archives that are both contextual and personal.
